How much does it cost?
For families, it's $5/month with no booking fees or commissions. You pay your Villager directly at whatever rate you agree on together.
How are Villagers vetted?
Every Villager on Village Acres is personally reviewed by our team before their profile goes live. We verify they're local to Palm Beach County, confirm their identity through social profiles, and review their profile for authenticity. Villagers can optionally complete a Checkr background check ($54.99) to earn a verified badge.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach in South Florida. We're expanding soon - reach out if you'd like to see us in your area.
For Villagers
How do I join?
Click "Sign Up" and select "I want to be a Villager." You'll build your profile and our team will personally review and approve it before it goes live.
Can I add a background check badge?
Yes. Villagers can optionally complete a Checkr Essential background check ($54.99 one-time) to earn a verified badge on their profile. It includes: SSN Trace, County Criminal Search, National Criminal Search, Sex Offender Search, and Global Watchlist Search. After that, there are no monthly fees or commissions - ever.
When will my profile go live?
Once our team reviews and approves your profile, you'll be visible to families in your area. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
